Getting care from us

Caregivers play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to those in need. It's important recognize the value of their efforts and compensate them accordingly. In the case of family caregivers, paying them for their work can help alleviate financial burdens and ensure that they are able to continue providing quality care.

What you get as a participant?

The AFL/Caregiver Homes program offers benefits to both the care recipient and the caregiver. Care recipients receive personal care, assistance with daily activities, and the opportunity to live in a familiar environment. Caregivers receive compensation for their efforts, which can be especially helpful for family members who would have provided care for free. While the amount of compensation varies, caregivers can expect to receive between 60% and 80% of the total amount.
